So as any "dieter" knows, water is an ESSENTIAL part to losing weight. Not drinking sugary juice, sugary sodas, and even those sports drinks laden with calories will do the trick. So what's a girl with a real aversion to water supposed to do? Find something to put in said water to give it some flavor, something unbland, something with a kick! I have found the perfect fix.
